CET College of Nursing

Nursing students are provided with the best facilities in all the laboratories. Fundamental laboratory, maternity and child health laboratory, community health laboratory, nutrition laboratory and basic science laboratories are placed at their disposal. A Student Nurses Association with both state and national membership takes care of the needs of students. Besides the vast resources of the Central Library and the digital network, students also have access to the department library, which has specialized titles, journals and periodicals.

The college fulfills the requirements of the Indian Nursing Council:

Adequate numbers of spacious, well-ventilated, well-lit Lecture halls with comfortable seating arrangements are available.

Laboratories

The theoretical components are well linked with practical inputs. Regular demonstrations in the labs provide a strong foundation and enhance learning.

Library

The central library with a space of 2,500 sq. ft is situated in the ground floor of College building with adequate number of recent edition books and other reference materials. .The library subscribes print versions of international and Indian journals. Online resources (e-journals from various databases like CINAHL, Springer Link, Science Direct, Medline and e-books) can also be accessed through central library. Periodicals & Newspapers are also subscribed.

The Library's mission is to provide comprehensive resources and services to support the research, teaching, and learning needs of the users.

Services

In addition to the central library, there is a departmental library in the college to cater to the needs of the students & faculty.

Hostel

The rooms are well ventilated and well furnished. Facilities are available for reading and recreation. Hygienic food is served in the dining hall. Qualified wardens take care of the students. Wardens provide special attention to the students in time of sickness.
